Culiacan 2010 Training Postponed
Our Mission slated for the first week in February 2010 for which we had coordinated 12 instructors and interpreters from around the country was postponed. The first time we have ever had to make such a hard decision. But keeping the safety of all our instructors and listening to their concerns we felt that this was the best course.
We will look at returning later this year or next. Our efforts to ship the Type II Ambulance filled with equipment was continued and as of today it sits in Nogales waiting for Culiacan to complete the paperwork and have it cross the border. The equipment sorely needed includes the first of our Hurst donated extrication tools. This tool, when added to their inventory will allow for each engine to have its own set.
